We wanted to create a very bold center piece for the bedroom. We don’t have a headboard, so we knew we could use an oversized frame collection above the bed. We decided to go for a geometric and gridded look. It echos the geometry of our comforter. We went to Michael’s and found they were having a great sale on frames. I always like to layout my plan and play around in the store before I buy. I usually take a photo before I leave. It helps a lot when I got home and need to remember exactly where I had the frames. Initially we hung all the frames, but our cute L and J from Anthro didn’t have a home and I saw a perfect space. So, down came one frame. But I think it adds the personal touch I was looking for.
